Insight Global is hiring a Sr Systems Engineer to support a prime integrator in Aurora, CO. The candidate must have software development lifecycle experience using the Agile methodology and should b be familiar with Algorithm development and experience with Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) is preferred and RF domain experience. Responsibilities will include:

* Perform system engineering analyses including trade studies, use case development, system and operational requirements, interface architecture and ConOps, and requirement/system validation.

* Support definition of operations concepts and procedure planning/ development, interfacing with personnel from other organizations.

* Provide technical direction and clarification of requirements to software teams and test personnel.

* Attend technical interchange meetings with the team members and other program personnel and represents the organization in matters pertaining to the maintenance of his/her project.

* Define external and internal interfaces

* Provide document review and resolves technical systems engineering and integration issues.

* Support ECP efforts as required.

* Provide support in a software development systems engineering role using Agile methodology

* Interacting with customers and end-users

* Providing and briefing status to program management and customers

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5+ years of prior relevant experience.

* Experience with generating DoDAF architecture views with Cameo

* Experience with Agile or DevOps development

* Experience in SIGINT and/or Digital communications or RF domain

* Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience with systems engineering principles and activities on a large government software development contract

* Experience being part of a highly integrated team working closely with Software and Integration teams

* Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of administration
