Trader Voice Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Voice Engineer to join a large financial firm local to the New York/Jersey City region. In this role you will be responsible for over 700 Turrets on the trading floor. Some job responsibilities will include configuring Turrets, setting up metric IDs, testing calls etc. In addition, you will be working closely with 3rd party vendors to ensure everything is operating up to standard. There will be occasional ad hoc weekend work as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- Must have at least 3 years of experince working as a Voice Engineer or someone who has worked as a field engineer with trader voice knowledge supporting call centers on premise
- Experince working in the financial industry at one of the following (Tier 1 Bank, Hedge Fund, or on a banking / trading floor)
- Hands on experince working with Turret Systems (ability to look up metric IDs, test calls, configure lines etc,)
- Navigation of Turrets - BT metrics IPMAX, QPC
- Ability to test calls - understand basic terminology (hunting line, conference barge in
- Cisco / Avaya configuration knowledge
- Must have flexibility to work some weekends
