Training & Compliance Specialist

Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a Training & Compliance Specialist to join a cutting-edge biopharmaceutical manufacturing company in the Gaithersburg, MD area.

Responsibilities for the Training & Compliance Specialist include:
• Complete end to end management of New Employee Training Program including administrative and instructor responsibilities.
• Create learning content within Cornerstone platform including courses, classes, certifications, and evaluations.
• Administration and scheduling of courses for internal employees.
• Collaborate with external departments to lead and complete training sessions, including Manufacturing, Materials Management, Engineering & Automation, Technical Services, CMC Project Management, Process Development, Tech Transfer, and Quality.

Qualifications for the Training & Compliance Specialist include:
• 3+ years of relevant experience working within a cGMP environment is required.
• Ability to prepare professional, technical and GMP oriented training materials.
• Experience supporting GMP audits or manufacturing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Compensation for the Training & Compliance Specialist includes:
• Salary range: approximately $80,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience
