As a Staff Services Analyst, the incumbent will provide analytical and technical support for the Field Division. Consult with manager, Planning and Scheduling Office, and the Safety Engineer to analyze the training techniques. With guidance from the safety team, in order to evaluate, plan, and schedule required training, the analyst needs to be continually updated and remain current in changes associated with training principles, practices, policies, laws and rules.

We are looking for someone who possesses background knowledge in the job duties that directly relate to coordinating, scheduling, and tracking employee training records. This candidate must have the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, adhere to deadlines, strong organizational skills and possess excellent communication skills. Must be able to maintain regular, consistent, predictable in-office attendance, and exercise good judgement always. Strong writing skills and computer literacy are highly desirable.
