About the role
As a CBRE Training Coordinator you will be responsible for the operations and logistics of core learning offerings and events that target 4000 global employees. The client's team consists of global Program Managers responsible for doing coordination work, executing end to end logistics to support our training and events teams. This role will provide expertise to various client groups to organize, streamline, and automate processes. The support that coordinators offer is critical to ensure that programs and events are run smoothly. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the operations and logistics of core learning offerings and events.

What you'll need
High school diploma or GED required plus a minimum of 2 years experience as a project coordinator with emphasis on event planning and logistics. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong working knowledge of G Suite or MS Office.
Prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through with training team members to achieve group and individual goals.
Flexible and possess outstanding decision-making skills.
Highly organized and detailed-oriented.
Build and maintain positive and productive inter-departmental working relationships.
Strong candidates must be enthusiastic, dedicated and focused on providing top-quality support for the coordination and seamless delivery of training programs.
Highly motivated professional with demonstrated coordination, organizational and communication skills.
Grow positive working relationships with colleagues at all organizational levels.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to twenty-five (25) pounds.

The minimum salary for the Training Coordinator position is $80,000 annually [or $38.46 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Training Coordinator position is $120,000 annually [or $57.69 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance. - Collaborate on, analyze and improve logistics and processes that support team programs and events.
- Manage rosters of attendees/wait lists for all programs; maintain/update registration information and attendance records.
- Support training and events teams.
- Manage, answer and/or triage training and event questions.
- Create and send communications.
- Manage event/training logistics with internal and external partners.
- Onsite coordination support at various training.
- Print, prep, delivery and order materials; manage ongoing material needs and storage.
