Job Summary:

The transplant coordinator is responsible for collaborating with the healthcare team to develop theory-based patient care for patients undergoing organ transplantation from referral through post-transplant follow-up.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Required

License/Registration - Issued by Florida or Compact State Required

• Active RN license - Required

• Active CCTN (Certified Clinical Transplant Nurse) or CCTC (Certified Clinical -

Transplant Coordinator) Required to sit for CCTC within 2 years and pass within 3 years of hire

Work Experience and Additional Information Required

• 2 years critical care experience - Preferred

• Experience in nursing and transplantation and a global transplant nursing perspective with a focus on long-term outcomes - Required
