-We are seeking motivated candidates to join our insider threat detection, systems integration team. Our mission-oriented team is responsible for the design, testing, deployment, maintenance, operation, and evolution of the systems directly supporting the insider threat detection program of a large government customer. We have an immediate opening on the team for a motivated Insider Threat Analyst who is up to date with the latest Insider Threat detection tools and techniques. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that provides an opportunity to leverage cutting edge technologies in pursuit of a vital mission that protects people, and sensitive information/technologies.
- Insider Threat Analysts triage data of anomalous events collected by User Activity Monitoring (UAM) Tools, and other data analytics tools and sources to decipher underlying trends or uncover anomalies and discern obscure patterns and attributes.
- Analysts elevate events of concern and produce proactive Insider Threat leads that document issues on computer misuse, various violations of policies, counterintelligence concerns, foreign influence, financial stressors, threats to self or others, Continuous Evaluation (CE), adjudicative and other insider threat concerns.
- Provide analytic case support to investigations, administrative or security inquiries, counterintelligence risk assessments, or other adjudicative assessments, OIG misconduct issues, investigations, and external agencies.
- Analysts document all referral activities in written products and reports.
- Complete special analytical projects as directed by leadership.
- Prepare and present analysis, in the form of briefings and/or reports, to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
- Experience Assisting in the proactive identification of new collection methodologies.
- Experience Executing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience Creating TTPs for identifying insider threats and briefing team members on emerging threats.
- Experience Collaborating with Insider Threat Analysts and Advanced Analytics teams to develop innovative Insider Threat capabilities to further enhance the proactive and reactive analytical process.
