Job Title: RN or LPN Unit Manager

Location: RegalCare at Holyoke

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday days with an on-call rotation

Job Description: RegalCare at Holyoke is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a nursing unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement care plans for residents
• Supervise and support nursing staff
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
