About the Team
The AMS Early Career team plays an integral role in connecting the business with university students globally. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students showcasing TikTok's people, culture & technology through events and programs to attract and recruit high-potential students.

The AMS Early Career team is now looking for an individual to support University Relations in the Americas. This person will help with recruiting activities including event coordination, communications with universities and students, and central resource management.

Responsibilities
As a University Relations Specialist, you will work with the University Relations and Early Careers team to uncovering the best talent to join TikTok globally. In order to perform successfully, you need to be an excellent communicator who is persuasive and has great interpersonal skills, highly analytical and detail-oriented team player juggling many tasks at once.
- Project Coordination: Support various projects; ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Projects may include virtual information sessions, asset management, and event planning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Assist with communications regarding project status, updates, and potential challenges. Be a brand ambassador for our external partners. Be comfortable presenting information to large audiences.
- Event Execution: Execute virtual company events to enhance company brand amongst university students. This can include creating assets for events.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collect and summarize data for reports on the progress and outcomes of projects.

This is a 6 month contract payrolled through a third-party agency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in project coordination, preferably within HR or related domains.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changes or urgent requests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn, Social Media.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant Campus/Early Careers or Recruiting Experience.
- Presentation skills to large audiences, both virtual and in-person.
- Asset design experience.
- A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks
- Have a strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
