Our client, is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join their team. As a Call Center Specialist you will be part of the department and supporting the team.

Job Title: Call Center Specialist

Location: Burlington, MA

What's the Job?
  • Handle an average of 45 calls each day, assisting customers with order inquiries, order placements, pricing for lab equipment, supplies, and materials for hospitals and research facilities.
  • Provide accurate quotes and tracking information to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and answer questions.
  • Utilize UPS and FedEx for shipping purposes.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Adapt to new technologies and systems, including SAP (training will be provided).

What's Needed?
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite for training and adhere to the scheduled work hours.
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
