We're looking for a US GED Product Lead to:
• liaise with senior US business stakeholders, Sales, Trading and clients to develop and implement the roadmap to grow our US franchise in Flow Equity Derivatives
• build business cases by identifying target markets and appropriate products, as well as assessing revenue potential. Continue to monitor revenue and return on investment throughout the product lifecycle
• understand the needs, drive adoption of the tools you develop and present product strategy to senior stakeholders in the region.
• partner with Technology to successfully deliver business initiatives
• incorporate our Agile practices into day to day (retrospectives, backlog grooming, OKRs, sprints, stand-ups)

Detailed salary information:
• New York: the salary range for this role is $205000 to $235000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team

You will be working in the GED Flow Product Team within Global Markets.

Your expertise

• ideally 5+ years of experience of Product Management within the financial sector using Agile methodologies.
• strong leadership skills and previous experience driving and delivering initiatives involving several stakeholders
• knowledge of trading Investment Bank products in the area of Equity Derivatives. Specific experience with Algo / Electronic Trading / External exchanges & options vendors a plus
• inquisitive, mature and able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• fluent in English to support local client base
• strong analytical and problem solving skills
