Location: All, Texas Citys, US (with 0-25% travel as required)
Duration: 24 Month's Contract
Pay Range $25.00 to $28.00/hr.

We are looking for a “Project Manager II” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment of Managed Print Services (MPS) across multiple client sites. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Candidates must be proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) for data analysis and comparison, with Smartsheet experience as a plus. Preference will be given to those with experience deploying tangible assets, as it requires an understanding of ordering, configuration, logistics, and site coordination.

Job Description:
The MPS Project Manager will be responsible for the successful transition of managed print services from customers to HP, ensuring that the projects meet customer business needs and objectives. The role involves managing client relationships, project planning, and execution, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer project delivery for medium to large-scale projects.
• Coordinate and integrate the work of a multi-function, multi-vendor project team.
• Plan and oversee the transition of Managed Print Services to HP, ensuring smooth operational responsibility handover.
• Provide accurate hardware order forecasts and manage commercial and legal project aspects.
• Identify and develop new opportunities on current projects.
• Act as the opportunity manager for medium to high-risk deals.
• Maintain strong mid to upper-level client relationships.
• Lead project teams, managing both internal and external resources (team size less than 20 people).
• Analyze and resolve complex business issues, applying subject matter knowledge and independent judgment.
• Ensure projects are completed within the established timelines and approved budgets.
• Represent the organization to external customers and clients.

Education & Experience

• First-level university degree (Bachelor's).
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in MPS or similar roles.

Skills & Knowledge

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Smartsheet experience is preferred.
• Strong project management methods and people management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and resolve problems.
• Strong customer service focus and experience managing client relationships.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience managing legal and commercial issues in project settings
