Description
In this role, you will:

- Drive resolution of customer issues regarding contracts, order placement and fulfillment, accounts receivable and the Education online store.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams, manage and drive issues to resolution in a timely manner and provide consistent communication with customers and the sales teams.
- Contribute to the continuing development of the Customer Success team by offering timely feedback and solutions that define, develop, and resolve business issues impacting sales. 
- Collaborates to support business processes in a manner which minimizes disruption, creates efficiencies and maintains operating flexibility.
- Be a subject matter expert for our business processes and market requirements.
