A client of Insight Global is looking for someone to be a part of their client's Access Management group. This person will be in charge of trouble shooting and minor fixes on PING Federate and Access. Ideally this person has experience working with PING, Okta, SailPoint and CyberArk with a high emphasis on PING and Okta. They will be in charge of incident management, problem management, service requests and change management.

Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years of experience working in User Access Management (or college experience)
Must have experience working with PING Federate and Okta
Must have at LEAST one if not both of the following: SailPoint and CyberArk experience
Experience with daily admin work
Experience in a maintenance and support role including tasks like minor fixes, troubleshooting, and route cause analysis
Must have ITIL process knowledge
Experience with Incident management, change management, problem management, and service requests
Must have Symantec Endpoint/Cisco Secured Endpoint experience
Experience with CyberArk password management
Scripting skills should include PowerShell scripting and automation
