Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences or related field (geology, biology, hydrology, physical sciences etc.)
Hazardous materials experience (asbestos/lead paint, mold)
Knowledge of federal, state and local (where applicable) hazardous materials, hazardous waste and occupational health and safety regulations.
Experience preparing a variety of technical reports related to hazardous materials, including technical specifications, health and safety plans, air sampling plans, survey plans, and oversight reports
Experience providing on-site third-party oversight of abatement contractors, including assessing compliance with regulations, conducting visual clearance, and collecting air clearance samples.
