The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Demonstrates in-depth level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:
- Leading Salesforce development projects;
- Mentoring and guiding the development team;
- Designing and building architect Salesforce solutions;
- Driving code quality;
- Managing releases and deployments;
- Presenting with business stakeholders;
- Troubleshooting complex issues;
- Showcasing 5+ years of Salesforce development experience;
- Leveraging Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect);
- Exhibiting proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components;
- Implementing experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations;
- Driving knowledge of Salesforce security and governance;
- Demonstrating familiarity with Agile methodologies;
- Highlighting in-depth problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Utilizing enhanced communication and leadership abilities;
- Illustrating experience with version control systems (e.g., Git);
- Understanding Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce PSA); and,
- Understanding of Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
