  • Develop solutions to more efficiently connect dots across regulatory interactions in order to better detect and drive awareness of emerging themes, focus areas, insights and potential sensitivities
  • Lead development of automated solutions to support data analytics
  • Design new resources (dashboards, issue spotlights, etc.) to build broad internal awareness of regulatory focus areas and expectations
  • Lead development of training and education to support preparedness for regulatory interactions
  • Own support for certain regulatory engagements requiring project management capabilities
  • Develop new capabilities to support, track and report adherence to established protocols for regulatory engagements
  • Lead a team of seasoned colleagues and new talent with responsibility for thematic analysis of regulatory engagements and findings, USRR policies and procedures, regulatory calendar management, and various other functions
  • Through appropriate external engagement, maintain awareness of regulator expectations and best practices for regulatory engagements

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including leading operations in support of regulatory supervision, preferably at a large U.S. bank
  • Experience with process automation tools and technologies, and an ability to lead development and maintenance of new solutions for USRR in partnership with Technology colleagues
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Experience developing clear, concise and visually effective information resources, such as presentation or briefing materials for senior leaders
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including ability to maintain collaborative working relationships and drive coordination and results across teams
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, operating with a sense of urgency as needed
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation with a high degree of personal accountability and commitment
