MISSIONS

Under the leadership of the Chief People Officer and SVP of Safety and Industrial Engineering, the Project Manager Assistant will partner with locations across the company, collect feedback, analyze performance data, and capitalize on opportunities to continuously improve. The Project Manager Assistant will become proficient in using software applications such as Monday.com , Qlik Sense, SmartSheet, SafeTracker, and comparable systems to implement projects, analyze data, and drive improvement. The initial priorities include but are not limited to serving as project manager for RATP Dev USA's acquisition and deployment of dispatching software and centralization of its payroll process. Centralization of payroll processing offers greater quality control, reduced costs, efficiency, and standardization. The transition phase will include introduction, training and implementation for each contract location that will utilize the dispatching software. Under the leadership of the Chief People Officer and the SVP of Safety and Industrial Engineering, the Project Manager Assistant will partner with the corporate human resources team and locations across the country to document the centralized payroll process and develop standards for best practices, collect feedback, standardize reporting and analyze data for continuous improvement. The Project Manager Assistant will become proficient in the dispatching software and payroll processing system as well as project management software in order to document the project, track progress, and measure effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, especially for getting up to speed with understanding project management methodologies as well as the transition to the dispatching software and centralized payroll processing.
  • Develop and implement project management plans for dispatch software implementation, centralizing the payroll process, and other targeted initiatives.
  • Engage with operations field leadership and supporting personnel to assess and understand the current state of performance across various Key Performance Indicators and determine opportunities to continuously improve.
  • Engage with field leadership, operations, payroll and corporate human resources to assess and understand the current state of timekeeping and payroll processing across the company.
  • Assist corporate human resources in analyzing data quality in the current payroll/HRIS system and document standard processes to maintain data integrity across the organization.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of the dispatching system and centralization of payroll and identify opportunities for improvement.

Profile

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Ideally, you have a background in project management
  • Working knowledge of HRIS/payroll processing systems and/or dispatching systems
  • Strong reporting and data analytic skills
  • A good command of professional English is essential, ideally with initial experience abroad
  • Good knowledge of office and computer tools
  • You are autonomous and resourceful
  • You want to take part in a project that is under construction


VIE Conditions
  • Be at least 18 years old and have not yet celebrated your 29th birthday: you must be 28 or less at the time of your departure on assignment,
  • Be of French nationality or a citizen of a European Economic Area country.
  • If you are of French nationality or dual nationality, attended France's national service obligations (Numéro Identifiant Défense).
  • Have a clean criminal record.
  • Be able to devote 100% of your time to the assignment: no part-time work, entrepreneurship, studies, or income-generating activities are possible in parallel with your V.I.E. assignment.
