Responsibilities

  • Maintain a caseload of clients to be treated for common mood disorders, substance abuse, and life adjustment challenges
  • Provide psychotherapy to clients using evidence-based practices
  • Complete assessments and treatment plans for clients
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards


Qualifications

  • Active clinical license in social work
  • 2+ years of experience providing individual and/or group therapy
  • Experience working with common mood disorders, substance abuse, and life adjustment challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and current trends in the field
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records

  • Clinical Social Worker: $80,000-$90,000 + sign-on bonus of $10,000
