Volo San Diego Volleyball Operations Team Members are an integral part of helping us set up high quality and safe volleyball courts for our leagues. As a team member, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining volleyball courts at our beautiful oceanfront venues. This is a great opportunity to get a workout while enjoying the ocean view.

Location: San Diego, CA

• Ocean Beach
• Crown Point
• Mariner's Point

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up volleyball lines and portable volleyball nets.
• Use a shovel to dig holes in the sand as needed.
• Ensure courts are properly maintained and safe for use.
• Assist in the teardown and storage of equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to players and event participants.

Must Haves:
• Experience setting volleyball lines or willingness to learn.
• Willingness to learn how to properly use a shovel to dig holes in the sand
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Willingness to be outside for 3-6 hours a day in all types of weather conditions
• Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Available Monday - Thursday, Saturday, Sunday or a combination of those days
