USA Job Function Description:
- Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in revenue-generating organizations, finance, and other areas of business for financial and strategic planning purposes.
- Conducts financial and economic analysis and forecasting and evaluates alternate financial plans.
- Prepares, analyzes, interprets, and maintains internal and external information related to economic policy, rates of return, depreciation, investments, and operational and financial results.
- Analyzes profit-and-loss income statements and prepares reports on findings to make budgeting and cost recommendations to management.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
- Supports the execution of the Financial Planning and Analysis strategy and operational direction of the department.
- Manages the budgeting, monthly forecasting, financial modeling, profitability methods, and reporting of business unit operating results and metrics.
- Contributes in the preparation of the group quarterly results, providing support documents with company and entity information.
- Collaborates with internal team members in the dissemination of public information/key messages of the group.

5-10 years; Corporate Finance, Analytics, Consulting, Treasury, Investment Banking , or related experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated financial modeling knowledge and skills with strong analytical, qualitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Python, SQL, or any other analytics languages.
- Strong experience in and knowledge of planning and analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to adapt and adjust to multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial transactions and strategies. .
- Ability to effectively communicate with the market, executive management and vendors.
- Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drive issues/projects to closure.
