Required Skills & Experience

Proven strategic planning and team leadership skills.
Extensive experience in tax services for individuals and small businesses.
Strong expertise in corporate taxation and tax planning.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Client-centric mindset with a passion for exceptional service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, EA, or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years in account management or advisory services.
Experience with tax software and ERP systems.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
