Salary Range: $150, 000 - $200, 000 / year DOE

VP of Marketing Requirements:

• 7-9+ years of marketing experience with a significant focus on digital marketing
• At least 4 years in a leadership role at the VP level, with proven supervisory skills
• In-depth understanding of the franchise business model
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team dynamics and change management
• Proficient in ERP systems (Epicore), Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools
• Background in fitness, health and wellness, or related industries is preferred
• Bachelor s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred

VP of Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals
• Lead and mentor a team, managing both direct and indirect reports
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage contracts with outside agencies
• Craft and manage the budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
• Serve as the primary liaison with external PR firms to fill PR opportunities
