Position Details:
• Title: Vice President of Operations
• Location: Easton, MA
• Compensation: $175-$200K + Bonus

Position Description: Responsibilities include:
• Oversee all aspects of operations (field, project management, estimation, purchasing and safety) across all locations and will have full P&L ownership of operations department.
• Optimize project profitability and execution (estimation, pricing, contracting, scheduling, tracking, reforecasting, material cost controls, and labor productivity).
• Build a strong safety culture to minimize the potential for injuries on job sites and facilities.
• Develop/implement a plan to be employer of choice and increase the size of their field workforce.
• Build a high performing team and set clear goals for your direct reports.
• Train and develop the managers, staff and electricians in your department.
• Work with the business development team to develop new client relationships.
• Work with the President and CFO in the development of budgets, monitor and track the financial performance of your department, and participate in monthly financial and operations reviews.
• Build long-term business relationships with clients, vendors, sub-contractors and partner companies within the company portfolio.

Requirements:
• 10+ years operations leadership experience in the commercial MEP contracting space preferably with experience in the electrical contracting industry.
• Strong leader with a track-record of leading teams to achieve results.
• Experience managing $5m+ projects and leading 50+ personnel.
• Experience as an estimator, project manager, engineer, or operations manager.
• Previous experience in a P&L responsible role.
