This position is with one of the world's leading global investment banking, securities, and investment management firms. The role can sit in either New York, NY or Dallas, TX as either a full-time or contract-to-full time hire. This role will be at a VP or above level depending on the candidate. This is a key strategic hire for the Transaction Banking division with the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end process design and implementation within the Platform Solutions Transaction Banking team, ensuring adequate change management and adoption across all levels of the Transaction Banking organization.
- Define and obsess over what great looks like from a process design perspective.
- Utilize expertise to enhance operational efficiency around client servicing, onboarding, and implementation to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Measure and monitor ROI of process improvement projects to ensure organizational efficiency and profitability.
- Drive innovation initiatives that contribute to long-term operational success and shape the future of transaction banking.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in the Financial Services industry.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering process enhancements from conception to implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands on approach to designing a process and rolling out the framework.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience within Transaction Banking and/or tech-forward financial platforms.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting financial operations.
