Monroe Staffing , a division of Staffing 360 Solutions, is seeking motivated W arehouse A ssociates for the following positions: Kitting, Order Selectors, Loaders, and Forklift Drivers. for a company located in Fall River , MA. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year o f experience working in a warehouse environment , along with the ability to clearly communicate in English and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Location: Fall River , MA

Pay rate s & Shift:

Kitting 9:30-6pm Monday-Friday $16

Order selector 10:30-7pm $17

Loaders 9:30-6pm $18

Forklift Driver 10:30-7pm Between $18 and $20 BOE

Loaders 7pm-3:30am $18

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Receiving and Processing: Receiving incoming shipments, checking them for accuracy, and processing them into inventory.
2. Inventory Management: Organizing and maintaining inventory within the warehouse, including proper labeling, shelving, and tracking.
3. Picking and Packing: Fulfilling orders by selecting the appropriate items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment.
4. Shipping and Receiving: Preparing outgoing shipments, coordinating with carriers for pickups, and ensuring accurate documentation for all shipments.
5. Quality Control: Inspecting products for damages or defects, and reporting any issues to management.
6. Equipment Operation: Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials and products safely and efficiently.
7. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, dusting, and disposing of packaging materials.
8. Safety Compliance: Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
9. Team Collaboration: Working effectively with other warehouse associates and departments to meet operational goals and deadlines.
10. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, and contributing ideas to enhance warehouse operations.

Qualifications of a Warehouse Associate

1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
2. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
3. Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely, often up to 50 pounds or more.
4. Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (specific certifications may be required).
5. Basic math skills for inventory management and order fulfillment.
6. Strong attention to detail to accurately pick and pack orders and maintain inventory records.
7. Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
9. Understanding of safety regulations and willingness to adhere to safety protocols at all times.
10. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
11. Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
