Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the warehouse clerk help in the assembly of Water, Gas, Fire, Copper and ABS pipe and fittings. A ssemble complex fittings from detailed drawings, ensuring quality work.
Must be able to live and model our core values: Respect, Integrity, Safety and QualityResponsibilities include:

• Read and fully comprehend drawings to interpret the correct assembly of each job;
• Work with a pipe threading machine, saw, and additional machines to complete the assemblies (training provided);
• Use a tape measure to measure out the correct length and cuts;
• Report any material shortages to the department Lead;
• Communicate any issues or problems to the department Lead;
• Maintain a clean, organized work area;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Ability to identify all material used in assembling fittings;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines as assigned;
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing production environment and manage changing workloads and schedules;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work basic math equations.,

Physical Requirements: Must have the physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lb. objects upstairs and be able to crawl under tables and climb laddersBefore you apply
