Retail Distribution Center Delivery Supervisor

Location: Lathrop, CA Distribution Center

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

What Will You Do?

The Retail Distribution Center (RDC) Delivery Supervisor will lead and develop a team of Ashley Associates; with focus on motivating, mentoring, and coaching the team. This position will be responsible for engaging the team to ensure they maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, performance, and productivity. The RDC Supervisor will provide their associates with the tools needed for success. This position must drive productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem solving.

What Do You Need?

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired
• 2 years in distribution center environment, Required
• Previous experience in supervision, Preferred
• Experience in warehouse equipment, delivery and department processes desired.

Compensation: This position pays an hourly rate of $20.00 - $25.82.

Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
