Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for the receipt and shipment of incoming materials, supplies, and products. It is responsible for ensuring the warehouse has proper workflow to meet the increasing daily outbound orders to Straumann customers. This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition.
• Gathers, verifies, and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used.
• Records received and shipped items according to established procedures.

Physical Attributes:

• Ability to work within an office environment where there is constant physical activity
• Lifting up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk constantly in an office setting

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Experience with SAP Materials Management module
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic MS Windows navigation experience.
• Experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
