IMECH engineers and manufactures radial bearings, thrust bearings, and other critical components for the down hole oil and gas market. Our proprietary coatings and heat treatment protect customer-supplied components such as mandrels, fishing tools, and conveyors in oil and gas, mining, power generation, and plastics industries.

What will you do? Your day to day success is determined by your ability to:
• Maintain a safe working environment and promote health and safety awareness.
• Adhere to all security and safety requirements, laws; operate vehicles in a safe and courtesy manner.

• Load and unload shipments, daily inspection and ensure proper shut down at end of shift.
• Receive products and verifying quantities against suppliers packing slip.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing deliveries have appropriate documents.
• Prepare, process and maintain documents, waybills, packing slips, and paperwork for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Communicate with third party affiliates (i.e. Couriers, suppliers), schedule shipments if required.
• Following directions of dispatch for delivery runs.
• Picking sales and stock orders and preparing for shipment or delivery.
• Correctly package orders to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
• Assist with inventory including organizing, counting, and communication on discrepancies.

• Assist with customer delivery as needed.
• Follow all QMS guidelines, provide feedback and ideas for any changes.
• Maintain department equipment; ensure department is organized and clean.
• Communicate with stakeholders as required.
• Participate in continuous process improvement.
• Perform additional duties as required.

With Quality in mind, you also bring the following:
• Forklift experience an asset.

• Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Experience or training in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass DOT physical.
• Knowledge of the City of Houston and surrounding areas.
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules, ISO 9001, and company policies.
• Passion in delivering accuracy and quality as a priority.
