Digital Marketing Manager

Contract w/ possible hire

Austin, TX / Round Rock

Rate: $47-52/hour

The daily responsibilities include:
• Creating detailed testing plans for prioritized projects
• Aligning with analytics on analysis plans for each test
• Working with regional site teams on product/page selection for tests
• Communicating testing plans/goals with our testing development focal points
• Setting QA plans for each test
• Organizing feedback from stakeholders back to the development team
• Collaborating on final analysis goals with Domain Leads and Analysts
• Regional testing roadmap management

Requirements for Candidates
Previous experience must include:
• Online analytics background
• Web Optimization & A/b testing background
• Working with or on online business teams
• Handling several complex projects at the same time
• Managing thru influence and cross functionally

Preferred, but not a requirement:
• Certifications for Adobe Reports & Analytics/Target/Data Workbench/Site Catalyst/Insight
• Program mgmt. experience
