As a Sr. Campaign Operations Manager for our growing in-product web channel, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual who can both strategize high-level initiatives and execute tactical day-to-day operations. This role requires someone who can see the big picture and identify opportunities for operational improvement, while also staying on top of the individual details and intricacies of each project and partnering with multiple cross-functional teams. You will serve as the lead and liaison between web authors and stakeholder marketers, so exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are a must. Additionally, you should be comfortable with leading large meetings, documenting processes, and understanding operational metrics. This is not an order take role, but rather calls for someone who can identify potential issues and blockers and can influence key stakeholders to drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all landing page requests and migrations, taking full accountability for maintaining an up-to-date Campaign Calendar with accurate and timely delivery updates. The Campaign Calendar is an essential resource that provides a centralized view of each projects status and informs the web Author Team Lead of any necessary interventions.
- Define, document, and coordinate execution details to meet launch schedules and ensure critical elements are correct for an error-free launch -
Strategize on execution plans by sequencing work, managing conflicts, communicating risks and dependencies, following up on tasks, and collaborating across teams to provide alternatives to meet execution plans when necessary
- Lead weekly backlog and daily sprint/stand-up calls with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements and resource alignment - Gain a thorough understanding of cross functional team roles and responsibilities to ensure accountability and facilitate missing team integration, ultimately improving project workflow and outcomes.
- Troubleshooting to identify and address roadblocks in the process and implement solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Assist with landing page requirements, document execution, QA coordination, and reporting changes as directed by Web Author. Proactively follow-up on deliverables to ensure the author has what is needed to execute.
Skills:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex high-volume web project management, web marketing operation, or engineering project management.
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
  • Web producer or product manager experience (technical) in a web channel.
  • Ability to lead large meetings in a scrum environment.
  • Passion for the customer, innovation, and operational excellence
  • Go getter - thrive in challenging circumstances and are committed to pushing through difficult situations to accomplish objectives.
  • Comfortable leading and speaking up in large meetings
  • Curious/proactive to improve our process and understand technical requirements.
  • Available for occasional evening and weekend work due to the presence of the PD team in India and for special promos/holidays or complex projects with fixed deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of web content management capabilities and standard methodologies, and proficiency in WordPress, search, and display
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a hands-on approach to project management and a strong bias for action
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize a large workload of numerous projects and deadlines concurrently while consistently producing excellent, precise results. - Strong experience project managing and executing web marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and adapting to changing business needs
  • Eagerness to learn fast with strong creative problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communicator, with both written and oral proficiency, and the ability to build bridges with internal teams and vendors
  • Strong experience in a web channel with testing methodologies to ensure accurate and efficient execution of projects
  • Experience with understanding Figma and design assets is required
  • Experience with JIRA, QuickBase, and SmartSheets is a plus Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS.

Education (if required): Bachelors degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
