Position Description

• Complete work orders and perform specialized welding and fabricating duties for equipment repair and maintenance.
• Fabricate job-specific products.
• Read and understand tape measure , layout, and dimensions.
• Able to fabricate from hand-drawn or CAD-drawn plans.
• Must know metal fabrication process.
• Work with management to assist and resolve quality issues and evaluate welding for workflow and quality.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience preferred.
• Must have a safety-first attitude. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures is required.
• Maintain excellent attendance.
• Ability to work as a part of a team.
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.
• Ability to listen, follow directions, and have a willingness to continue to enhance skills.
• Extensive knowledge of MIG and Arc welding procedures.
• Able to work independently.
