Amazon is seeking an operations-oriented leader to join our Workforce Staffing (WFS) team. This role will focus on providing our candidates with the same amazing experience that our customers have come to expect from Amazon.com. The WFS Regional Manager will focus on these main areas of high volume hiring: Candidate Experience and Supply to Labor Demand and the Multi-Channel Generation of Applicants. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytics background that enables him/her to manage quantitative planning and a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically about the talent supply chain. This individual will lead the analysis of labor supply and demand across a large geography composed of multiple WFS hiring teams (known as Nodes), which support Amazon operational sites. He/she will collaborate with the centralized applicant sourcing, advertising, analytics, business operations and finance teams to deliver effective delivery of workforce strategies across different employee types. On the Candidate Generation side, this leader will focus on engaging with the local community, labor market dynamics, process improvement, and labor strategy development. The individual will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, candidate- focused hiring experiences and ensures their teams meet and exceed key performance indicators. Key job responsibilities
• Management of the talent supply chain utilizing lean methodology
• \tManagement of candidate cycle time, conversion rates and applicant funnel metrics to benchmark or above
• \tAlignment with finance and operations partners to optimize labor acquisition strategy
• \tDemonstrated return on investment from community engagement strategies
• \tMeet or exceed associate experience service levels and KPI's measured by hiring activity results and defect reduction \t
• \tDeliver Monthly business reviews
• \tGrowth of team's core and advanced skills sets measured by progression in their career path
• \tMust be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated assigned geographical area. Local travel up to 75% required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- 5+ years of experience in a fast paced, customer-oriented environment, such as operations, administrative support, customer service, retail, hospitality, staffing, recruiting, human resources or other related
- Experience managing and prioritizing business types and locations, projects and relationships
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in a fast paced, customer-oriented environment, such as operations, administrative support, customer service, retail, hospitality, staffing, recruiting, human resources or other related field
- 3+ years of experience managing hourly and salary employees •
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or other tracking and reporting systems like Salesforce
- Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking key performance metrics including return on investment
- Cross-functional project management experience
- Basic/Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
