We have a new opening for a Training Analyst at SHC. As a Training Analyst, you will design and develop instructional materials that support Stanford Health Care Workday Finance training needs. You will set objectives, create a design plan, develop and test the training, pilot the training, and evaluate the training for ongoing improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, or equal number of years of experience in a related field.
Experience
Minimum of three (3) years experience in instructional design, preferably in a healthcare or finance setting. Examples of work will be required at interview
MUST HAVE Workday finance experience
Skilled Instructional Designer with Workday Finance experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Proficiency with creating documentation for Service Now
Learning Management Systems administration, especially registration and reports
Proficiency with Camtasia
Experience with classroom instruction or facilitation, a plus
