Summary:
The Workforce Management team is responsible for leading transformation efforts around staffing and skill adequacy and organizational design. It is an exciting time to join our Workforce Management Team as we are a newly formed team, we are still in a building phase of developing the set of capabilities, processes, and tools to analyze, forecast and plan for the future of the workforce. We are a global team with highly motivated colleagues who want to ensure our company has the right people, with the right skills, at the right place and time and at the right cost.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify risks and develop controls to detect and prevent process inefficiencies.
  • Facilitate large end to end, cross functional, process review sessions to understand current state and build future state.
  • Conduct periodic assessments of risks and controls, identify risks needing mitigation and develop/deploy action plans to address.
  • Test design and operating effectiveness of key controls.
  • Monitor the inventory of current issues and corrective action plans and report/escalate items requiring management attention and action on a timely basis.
  • Work with the global and regional teams to assure future state process is solving for business goals and overcoming barriers.
  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the business, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience of relevant experience (Risk & Control, Audit, Quality Assurance).
