Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet visitors to the Office of Global Initiatives and provide a helpful and welcoming atmosphere for students, faculty, staff and other members of the AUM Community.
Direct visitors to the appropriate Global Initiatives staff member.
Provide coverage for the front desk including answering phones, transfer calls, take messages, and/or sending emails on behalf of the staff.
Printing, copying, and/or distributing promotional materials for programs, events, and activities including flyers, posters, and other materials.
Assisting with Global Initiatives programs and events as necessary.
Responding to student inquires regarding the international admissions process.
Create student application files by printing and organizing the materials.
Scan student application files into the online database.
Assist with any duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Customer service skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational skills
