Preliminary responsibilities are to assist Dr. Malischke with the field archaeology lab activities. Presence during field lab hours plus related tasks in the archaeology lab - estimated 36 and 40 hours a week, for 7 weeks

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing (printing) and organizing basic course materials
Assist with basic equipment maintenance, prep, and loading
Organize and stocking daily equipment and paperwork for the field lab
Maintain water jug
Assist with field lab and archaeology lab preparation and training
Provide logistical support for transporting students and equipment to field lab
Ensure safety protocols in the field and in the lab
Assist students with basic questions, concerns, and training
Supervise students in maintaining a clear field site
Supervise students with daily collection of artifacts and paperwork for Auburn personnel
Perform collections work as it relates to the archaeology lab portion of the class
