Description
We are looking for an individual who has the right mix of project management, analytical, and technical skills to successfully refine and deliver strategic initiatives in a rapidly changing environment. You will have a consistent track record of delivering complex and innovative projects that meet and exceed business requirements on time.
Success requires an individual to think strategically, connecting the dots of the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable in the details of key deliverables. You must be self-motivated, comfortable working with minimal direction in a global, fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. You have exceptional analytical skills, are comfortable with getting into the weeds of data analysis, a maniacal attention to detail, and a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
You'll connect the dots, build trust and understanding between groups, and orchestrate the activities needed to make your projects successful. The ideal candidate should have experience managing global technical projects that interweave across multiple functional teams with the commercial knowledge of a business team supporting Worldwide Product Marketing Finance.
The position will require the ability to complete complex business process analysis, dive deep into data across these disciplines, and develop and gain alignment on data strategies and data governance across global cross-functional teams. You'll often need to analyze large amount of data that the team is working with and be able to present findings to stakeholders. You should be able to leverage your strong verbal skills to elevate and articulate priorities, trade offs, and explain technical concepts in business context to senior leaders.
The duties and responsibilities are very diverse, but include the following:
- Work with cross-functional leadership to define and gain buy-in on a long-term vision and roadmap.
- Secure buy-in from key stakeholders and enlist their help in being part of the solution
- Clearly communicate the vision as well as the details of improvements in regular status updates with senior sales leaders.
- Champion process adoption and gain consensus for the strategy and roadmap from partner teams through collaboration, documentation, and negotiation that effectively influences peers and senior management
- Monitor projects from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules. - Report on these items to key internal and external partners.
- Manage the development and deploy process of Product Marketing Finance products and services.
- Use current programming languages and technologies to write, review, and test code based solutions for the Product Marketing Finance team.
