Position: Direct Hire Onsite Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Specialist

Pay: $21/hr. Plus, Monthly Performance Pay & Benefits

Training Details: Training schedule varies per class, but is Mon-Fri days

Post-Training Schedules: Various shifts available including some weekends

Location: Onsite in N. Scottsdale, Arizona

Job Details:

• Inbound call center support.
• Support multiple bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase products.
• Tracking and canceling shipments.
• Refunding of reward points.
• Book travel

• 6+ months CSR experience, call center.
• Exceptional phone and communication skills.
• HSD or GED is required.
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
• Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
• Must live near or in N. Scottsdale Arizona to be considered.
