Flight Deck Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Deck Engineer Level 3 to join our team and provide support for the US and International Flight Deck operations. As a Flight Deck Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, documenting, and maintaining complex electronic and electrical systems for flight deck avionics.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers to understand and define complex electronic and electrical system requirements for flight deck avionics.
Analyze and translate requirements into system, hardware, and software designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop interface specifications for seamless integration of flight deck avionics systems.
Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure that system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with specified requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for fielded hardware and software throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in flight deck avionics technology and research potential applications to address company business needs.

Required Skill Set :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight deck avionics, preferably with 737 or related variants of airplanes.
Strong knowledge and understanding of electronic and electrical systems, hardware, and software design principles.
Proficiency in analyzing and translating complex requirements into practical system designs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical support for fielded hardware and software.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with customers and suppliers.
Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in flight deck avionics technology.
Knowledge of hardware qualification and aircraft certification

Education Qualification :
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. AClient is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
