Requirements: Previous experience in administrative support or collections/account management.

As an Account Manager, your primary role involves supporting the collections team with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the organization's credit policy, evaluating credit applications, and assigning appropriate credit lines.
• Generating, processing, and verifying Accounts Receivable invoices.
• Conducting receivable age analysis and managing bad debts.
• Following up on debt collections and ensuring compliance with trade terms.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and accounts.
• Collaborating to investigate and resolve customer disputes.

1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay | $18.50 - $19 per hour
