Part-time Entry Level Account Manager

As a member of this team, the qualified individual will be responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships with existing customers and driving sales results to strengthen the market position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with prospecting, lead generation, establishing contacts, and setting up calls with potential clients.
• Support the account manager with pet food industry account management tasks.
• Maintain contacts with current and potential clients.
• Set up calls and meetings for the team.
• Develop outreach strategies and enhance the company's marketing presence in the pet food industry.

Qualifications:
• Pursuing/completed B.S./B.A. (Business, Engineering, or related) or 1+ years practical sales experience.
• Strong investigative skills for finding contacts and information using LinkedIn, Google, etc.
• Self-managed and capable of leading and owning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills; able to engage in conversations easily and be outgoing.
• Persistent and able to maintain conversations even when challenging.
• Good organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Capable of presenting an economic analysis (e.g., cost/benefit analysis, payback analysis, etc.).
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
• Marketing focus preferred, with the ability to contribute to the company's marketing growth.
• Technical background or understanding of technical concepts is a plus, but not required.
