Account Relationship Manager - Donor-Advised Funds

About the Employer: Our client, a top provider of technology and managed services for Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) used by financial institutions, is seeking a West Coast-based Account Relationship Manager. In this role, you'll engage with wealth management firms that already utilize our client's technology and services for their financial advisors, helping them to create and manage DAFs and fulfill clients' charitable-giving goals.

Role Overview: As an Account Relationship Manager, you'll be the West Coast ambassador, introducing yourself to financial advisors, assessing their needs, and conducting educational sessions like lunch-and-learns and webinars. Your goal is to increase product utilization, program growth, and revenue through client engagement, retention, and solution adoption. Most importantly, your efforts will significantly impact charitable giving.

Location: This is a home-office-based position with approximately 25% travel to visit clients and attend conferences.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience in financial planning.
  • 5+ years in the financial planning industry, familiar with investment tools, retirement, and estate planning.
  • Current or previous roles might include Registered Client Service Associate or Client Success/Account Manager in a Fintech company.
  • Strong client engagement skills, with a knack for presenting concepts and driving business growth.
  • Ideally experienced in planned giving or DAFs.
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses or other financial certifications (CFP, ChFC, CPA, CRPC, CAP) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting tools.
