Insight Global is seeking an Account Support Representative to work onsite in Marietta, GA for a client within the payment services industry. This person will be responsible for a resolving issues related to customer accounts across several systems. They will work across software and database platforms to manage account-related issues. These issues include: bank change requests, contracts/agreements, facilitating payments, billing questions, and other general customer inquiries. This role is onsite 5 days a week and will be a Monday-Friday 8 hour shift 9AM-6PM EST.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3+ years of experience in a clerical or account support related role or experience as a manager within the service industry running and analyzing reports

* Experience in the financial or payment services industry

* Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and analytical capabilities

* Proficiency working within internal systems/software; strong computer skills.

* Customer service skills with clear and concise communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Fluent in Spanish is preferred
