Title: Accounting Data Analyst
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: 9 month contract to begin
Compensation: 50-65 hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Job Description:

• Responsible for prepaid, accrual, inventory & cost allocation journal entries during month end close.
• Evaluate warranty & parts returns reserves monthly for adequate & accurate balances.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Analyze standard vs. actual cost of sales and provide expense insight to management.
• Review account trends and prepare monthly financial forecasts.
• Provide ad hoc costing analytics to business partners for operational decision making.

Skillset / Experience:

• Finance/Accounting
• MS Excel Advanced
• Accounting skills
• Cost Accounting, Financial Modeling, NetSuite/General Ledger
