Accounting Manager

Seeking a professional with a blended background of national firm public accounting audit and industry experience, the desire to work in a fast-growing, acquisitions-oriented company where working hard, taking initiative, paying attention to detail, and being able to work well cross-functionally while in a hands-on leadership role. Accounting Manager Benefits and Compensation:

• Fully remote
• High visibility and ability to make an impact

• Salary target $150,000 - $175,000, plus bonus

Accounting Manager Job Duties:

• Hands on role will supervise 1 initially
• Assist with all areas of general accounting
• Manage and execute month-end close process, including WIP
• Prepare analysis to support accruals, as needed
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Assist with all financial reporting
• Implement policies & procedures and processes
• Utilize NetSuite efficiently to pull data quickly and easily

Accounting Manager Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA
• Mix of public accounting audit or assurance and corporate accounting
• NetSuite and strong Excel experience
• Technology-oriented mindset and ability
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication , interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to perform in a rapid growth organization
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
