A partner of Insight Global is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to join their team. They are seeking a dynamic and proactive Administrative Assistant in the Durham, NC area. This individual will be the first face people see when entering the building and will play a crucial role in managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, experience managing phone systems, coordinating calendars, scheduling, and aligning conference rooms for meetings, and supporting the Assistant Executive Director.

Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming and professional presence.
Phone System Management: Handle incoming calls, manage phone systems, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Calendar Coordination: Coordinate and manage calendars for the Executive Director and other key personnel.
Meeting Scheduling: Schedule and align conference rooms for meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
Proactive Support: Anticipate and address the needs of the Executive Director and community members, providing proactive support.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors and community members.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
