JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinates and performs department/unit administrative activities including, but not limited to, storing, retrieving and integrating information for dissemination to staff, customers, clients, vendors, patients and families. Coordinates functions required to ensure smooth operations, plans and executes projects within scope of responsibility, and works with external, inter and intra departmental teams to support department/unit. Provides training and orientation for new staff and troubleshoots office technologies. Scheduling of new to clinic patient population due to the special nature of these appointments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, GED or Foreign equivalent
Two years of experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access
Professional communication
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's Degree
Three years of experience
Typing at 50 words per minute
Software specific to departmental needs
Experience specific to area of support
The expected hiring range for this position is $23.10 to $31.77
