Can be full remoteStart date: ASAPEnd date: 13 weeks Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm, any 8 hours between 7:00-6:00 PCTThis candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Information Service contract repository and tracker (+500 contracts), ensuring timely renewals of Info Services contracts. They will support proposal development, submissions, negotiations, and provide contractual interpretation and guidance. The role involves interfacing with external vendors, internal project management teams, department leadership, and Supply Chain Services to offer contractual counsel, administrative support, and analysis to meet department requirements. Additionally, the candidate will perform financial analysis on proposals and various ad hoc tasks to support the Info Service Finance team.The ideal candidate must be highly productive in their daily routine, demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, and possess strong computer literacy. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required. Detail oriented a must.
• Support proposal development, submissions, negotiations, and provide contractual interpretation.
• Ensuring timely renewals of IT contracts
• Maintain contract tracking excel spreadsheet and contract repository
• Send out weekly and bi-weekly status update communication to stakeholders on Contracts/Purchase Requests
• Facilitate bi-weekly meeting with Supply Chain. Take meeting minutes, records action items and follow-up.
